SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped when purchasing from Justdeony.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party production partner, Printful.

Typical order processing times are:

  • Apparel and most products: 2–7 business days
  • Accessories and other items: 2–5 business days

Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to production delays.

Once your order has been submitted, it is immediately sent to production and cannot be changed or canceled.


SHIPPING TIMES

After production is complete, your order is shipped.

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
  • Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
  • Europe: 5–15 business days after fulfillment
  • International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or high shipping volumes.


SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, availability may vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner.

Some items may ship from different fulfillment centers depending on stock availability and customer location.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on:

  • Destination
  • Product type
  • Quantity and weight

Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered at our discretion.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

If tracking information does not update immediately, this is normal and does not mean your order has been lost.


DELAYS AND LIABILITY

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak seasonal demand
  • Third-party production delays

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and delivery responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • Refunds are not issued for orders lost due to address errors

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. We will attempt to correct it if the order has not yet entered production or shipment.


LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  • Please allow additional time for carrier delays
  • Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

We will investigate with the shipping carrier and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Depending on product availability and fulfillment location, orders may arrive in separate shipments. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each package.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Because all products are made to order, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production begins.

If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet entered fulfillment.
