All of our products are made to order through our production partner. Because of this, we keep our return and refund policy simple, fair, and transparent.

📦 Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected

  • Change of mind

  • Preference (color, design, fit, etc.)

We strongly recommend checking our size guides and product descriptions before placing your order.

📏 Sizing Disclaimer

Sizing may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances. Minor differences (±1 inch) are considered normal and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

🚫 Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, so we can only accept changes or cancellations within a short window after purchase.

If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately. Once production begins, we cannot modify or cancel your order.

📬 Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost in transit:

  • Please wait until the estimated delivery window has passed

  • Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

💳 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
